Private by design.
This notice explains how Gomes Godin LLC uses personal information through Pipeline01, its private talent network and hiring platform.
Questions about this notice or your information can be sent to tgodin@gomesgodin.com.
What we collect
For candidates, we collect the information you enter in your application, such as your name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn URL, location, professional background, career wins, opportunity preferences, and consent choices. We may also collect account information from hiring-company users, billing information handled by Stripe, and basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
How candidate information is used
We use candidate information to verify enrollment, prepare an anonymized professional profile draft for internal review, review profile quality, send relevant opportunity introductions, maintain consent records, protect against abuse, and operate the service. We do not contact a candidate's current employer or references without separate permission.
Approved hiring companies may see anonymized profile information such as role history, experience, skills, professional wins, location, and availability. They do not receive a candidate's name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn URL, resume, or other direct contact information from Pipeline01.
Introduction requests
When an approved employer requests an introduction, Pipeline01 emails the opportunity context to the candidate. The candidate decides whether to reply directly to the employer. Pipeline01 does not represent that a candidate has replied, and it does not provide the candidate's contact information to the employer.
We retain a record of employer-submitted introduction requests for up to two years to support account history, security, and abuse investigations. We may review communications routed through Pipeline01 for quality, safety, and abuse prevention.
Consent, re-consent, and withdrawal
Candidate enrollment requires an affirmative opt-in and email confirmation. We ask candidates to renew their consent after 12 months. If we do not receive a response, we send a reminder seven days later. If there is still no response seven days after that, we withdraw the profile from the network.
Candidates can withdraw at any time through a Pipeline01 preference link or by contacting us. On withdrawal, we immediately remove the profile from introduction eligibility and delete the private contact details connected to it. We retain a one-way suppression record only to prevent accidental re-enrollment after a withdrawal.
Service providers and security
With a candidate's affirmative consent, we use an AI service provider to process the candidate's submitted application and optional PDF to prepare an anonymized profile draft for internal review. The draft is not automatically published. We instruct the service not to include direct contact details or identifying information in the draft, and Pipeline01 staff review it before publication. We use carefully selected service providers to host the application, store encrypted operational data, deliver transactional email, process payments, and provide tightly controlled AI-assisted processing. Access is limited by role, and API secrets are kept server-side. Candidate contact details are kept outside the browser-facing profile data and encrypted before storage.
No system can promise absolute security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards and continuously improve them as the service grows.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about how we use your personal information. To make a request, email tgodin@gomesgodin.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Updates and contact
We may update this notice as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by changing the effective date. Questions or concerns can be sent to tgodin@gomesgodin.com.
